After installing ProGet on a Windows Server 2016 server using IIS, pages don't render correctly. Using IE with F12 Developer Tools in the Console tab, we see the SEC7113: CSS was ignored due to mime type mismatch warnings.

Are we missing a component? What can we do to fix this?

      Product: ProGet
      Version: 4.7.11

I think I found the answer...
Had to configure the installed Application Pool "ProGetAppPool", and set "Managed pipeline mode" to "Classic".
This seems to have resolved the issue. Please advise if this is not the correct way to resolve the issue.

          I had the same issue.
What seems to solve this is to add "static content" in IIS features
