Linux Proget Feed Replication Setup Exception

Using Linux Proget 4.7.9, attempting to set up a feed replication produces the error below.
Please note this has been failing in various ways at least since 4.6.7:

Hello Matt,
It looks like the PostgreSQL version of Feeds_SetLastSyncDate was not updated when the MSSQL version was. I've logged this as PG-1006 and it will be fixed in the next version of ProGet.
