      Hi,
After recent windows 8.1 major upgrade installation the proget 3.3.3 started funcky. It started throw the errors and as consequence the laptop uses 20%CPU and considerable about of memory to log errors. I upgrade to the latest 3.3.5 and same error still occurs. Any idea how to fix?

I assume the internet is not accessible from the server that ProGet is installed on? Either way, try setting the UpdateCheck_Next setting on the Advanced Settings page to an empty value.
