Proget setup has stopped working

We have a trial installation setup to evaluate the product (4.3.1) and I wanted to upgrade to the latest version, (4.5.3) but the installer crashes just after extracting the files.
From the eventlog:

It's likely that the user installing does not have the ability to access the database defined in the configuraiton files on disk. So, make sure to run as a user that has DBO on those databases.
