Cannot push package by NuGet Package Explorer

I can push package via command line using nuget.exe but cannot push package with NuGet Package Explorer, and i am sure all of thing such as apikey and source url are the same;
The NuGet Package Explorer show 'Failed to process request:Not Found' message when publish, anyone have idea?

This is a known bug with NuGet Package Explorer. It appends "/api/v2/package" to the URL when it shouldn't.
