Unable to Configure Load Balancing

We had an existing ProGet server that was upgraded to 4.0.10 recently. We setup three other servers and pointed them to the same database. I'm trying to configure the load balancing for it. They sit behind an F5 load balancer and when I click the link "Configure Load Balancing", I get a message that says "Load Balancing is disabled." Is there a setting that needs to change to enable this?

Are you able to do this from the Admin > All Settings button? There should be a checkbox to enable load balancing.
