Documentation for Authorized Tasks

We're trying to figure something out and can't find any documentation on how the authorized tasks are supposed to work.. Specifically the Feeds_OverwritePackage in this case, but it seems like there should be a page somewhere on your site that explains them all, I just can't find it.

We don't currently have detailed documentation on all of the tasks, but it's on our list. If you have specific questions, we are happy to answer them of course!
In the case of
Feeds_OverwritePackage, if you do not have that task, then you will not be able to add/push a package that already exists. This is the default behavior of public feeds like nuget.org, npmjs.org, etc. -- once it's added, you cannot remove or update it.
