Restricting access for anon user

I am logged in as admin and I can't work out how to restrict access for the anon user? I would expect to be able to edit the anon user account and take them out of the admin group but there is no option to edit the anon account on the Manage Users and Groups page.

You can either:
- not grant Anonymous any privileges (Anonymous does not belong to any groups so it doesn't have any by default)
- specifically add a Restriction to the Administrator role for Anonymous (this actually means Anonymous is restricted from performing any tasks that an Administrator could do, which is all of them)
