Using Buildmaster 4.3.7 we cannot get Buildmaster to accept the format of a private key for logging into a unix system.

The key has been generated by Putty, I have also tried exporting the key in openssh format but neither are accepted. Buildmaster reports Invalid Private Key File.

What formats are accepted by Buildmaster ?

      Product: BuildMaster
      Version: 4.3.8

You want the OpenSSH exported key - it should begin with BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY.

The error returned is coming directly from SSH.NET, if that helps debugging at all.

Using the openssh exported private key gives the error: Error: Invalid data type, INTEGER(02) is expected.

You can also get this error if you do not supply a valid private key passphrase for the private key.
