      Hi,

we are using free edition of proget, due to which we cant make use of 'Delete old versions' option under "Create Feed Retention Rule".
What is the best way to cleanup a feed for free edition users? is there any script that we can use?

      Thanks

      Product: ProGet
      Version: 3.8.1

The easiest way, of course, is to buy a license of the paid edition ;-)

Otherwise, you will have to write a script that uses the api to query for and then deletes packages.

Thanks for the quick response Alana. Will there be any negative impact if i go and delete the .nupkg files from server? else what is the recommended method of cleaning.

I just need immediate attention to fix the disk space issue.

            Hi Anil,

we use our own script to move and delete ".nupkg" files from the disk.
And we have no negative impact with it.
