I'm trying to purchase Release! on the website, but it sent me an exception when the payment was being processed.
Can you help me with this issue? -
The logs seem to indicate that the error was returned by the API we use to process payments, which could mean the credit card number was invalid, or virtually anything else. Unfortunately we don't know any more details than that.
I would just try to purchase again, or alternatively you could get it off Amazon:

My bad! Yes, we still have a few left in stock and you're right, that's only available through our website.
I actually was able to find the actual log for the crash earlier and it was "card_declined,generic_decline"
Can you try again to see if it works now?

Well, now that you recall, I used a debit card instead of a credit card and also, I did a purchase yesterday and the balance is under the item cost :P ooopss!!.
Let me try to get a card with enough balance to do the process one more time.
BTW, how many units are left for the KickStarter version? -
