      Hi There.

Our ProGet home page takes about 10-20 seconds to load. I suspect that's because of the "Latest News from Inedo" section. Our ProGet runs behind a firewall and doesn't have access to inedo.com website. It probably takes some time after it receives a timeout and home page can load. Every other page is lightning fast.

Is there a way to disable the news section?
Or maybe there's some other known issue explaining why the home page takes ages to load?

      Cheers!
      Greg

That's actually supposed to be cached, but due to a bug it looks like it's only cached if there is not a timeout when trying to download the news. We'll get that fixed in a maintenance release; thanks for letting us know!
