      Under the Create New Release Buildmaster Action, there is a section for entering variables for that Release. As I understand, you are supposed to enter something like:

      Variable1=Value1
      Variable2=Value2

      However, whenever I save the action with variables specified, they appear to be discarded. Running the action does not have the expected results, and opening the action again for editing, the entire Variables field is empty.

      This behavior seems unique to the Create New Release action, as the Create New Build action, which has an identical Variables field, works fine.

      Product: BuildMaster
      Version: 4.6.1

        I was able to reproduce that bug. We'll get this fixed for 4.6.4. Is this a blocking issue for you? If so, we can patch it using an extension.

          That depends on how soon 4.6.4 will be released. I was setting up a new deployment workflow that's expected to go live before the end of April. So, if 4.6.4 is only a week or two out, I can wait for the release. Otherwise, a patch would be required.

          Thanks for your quick response.

            We will probably have a small 4.6.4 bugfix release out either this week or next. Thanks for reporting this!

                FYI- 4.6.4 has been released, and this fix was included.
