      Hi.

I have the agent installed on my 2012 boxes, but BM is showing the agents in ERROR status. When I click on View Assembly Versions, I get the following:

      Server Error in '/' Application.

The request failed with HTTP status 405: Method Not Allowed.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 405: Method Not Allowed.

Yes, I know this is an older version of BM, but when we tried to upgrade last year, we had all kinds of issues, so sticking with 3.3 for now.

      Any help would be appreciated.

      Thanks!

We've assisted with a whole bunch of 3 => 4 upgrades, and are pretty familiar w/ any of the issues at this point -- so please just let us know and we can schedule a time to review, or at the very least, have some one be available during the upgrade time.

Especially at this point, because there's some new features and the like that will be worth using.

I don't know what the issue w/ this agent is, but my guess is that it's related to IIS configuration? I would make sure you can browse the agent.asmx file.

I figured it out. Forgot to add ASP.NET 3.5 as a feature. DOH!
