Deploy Package to Azure Cloud Service Failed

We are getting following error after deployment stage trigger on build master for Azure Cloud service
Unable to wait for the completion of request da57202fe38c1XXXXXXXX08db9a6e. Error is: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at Inedo.BuildMasterExtensions.Azure.AzureAction.WaitForRequestCompletion(String RequestID)

This question was resolved via other means, but the solution would be to upgrade to v4.5+ of the Azure extension.
