Unable to re-execute from last failed action

After installing the latest version of BuildMaster (4.2.1), if a build fails, I am no longer able to re-execute from the last failed action. The only work around at this point is to re-execution the entire promotion. Here is the error message I receive when it fails:

This has been logged as a bug to fix for 4.2.2 , but in the mean time we emailed you a patch that should fix it.
