For a code check-in triggered build, there is a quiet period, to avoid triggering to many builds when there are many check-in's, but there is no similar function for a URL triggered build. If a URL triggered build is triggered by an external build system, in my case TFS, and there are multiple builds used as artifacts in the same deployment plan, each completed TFS build would initiate a deployment. Is there a way to avoid each build to trigger a deployment in a similar way as the quiet period?

      Product: BuildMaster
      Version: 4.1.7

No, the URL triggered builds are designed to be "fire and forget". However, even without a quiet period, the builds are still queued in a sense that they will not run over the top of themselves until the previous one is completed.
