_SVCTMP locks out

Hi,
I have serached over the all the Q&A and couldn't find my answer anywhere. I am hosting the Buildmaster through IIS and I have a weird problem. Everytine, I run the build, I get an error message that my AssemblyInfo.cs file permission is denied. I have make sure that all permission for the application pool user is correct. the problem is, _SVCTMP folder has a check mark read only checked and when I uncheck it, the build execution goes fine.. but after completion of it, the Builmaster or IIS make it read-only back again so that the build fails again when I run the next time.Can anyone please suggest me the solution?

It sounds like the files are being marked read-only from the source checkout; I would try to use the Set File Attributes action, and set read only = off.
