If an action group is not related to a deployable, do I still have to put a ~ in my target/source path to get to the root of the application?

In the docs, it states that if you put a "~" before your path that it will mean one level up from the current deployable and if you do not put the "~", then it will be one level into your deployable. If the action group is not related to a single deployable, how does the "~" or lack of "~" affect the path used?

Yes; if there is no deployable, then "0" is used as part of the path (e.g. <tmp>\A12\S0\WRK\my-path)
