Bug Report: Deleting a package makes ProGet unresponsive
-
After deleting a package using the web gui, the feed cannot be displayed anymore until the webserver is restarted.
ProGet will just keep on displaying the "Loading" screen, and sometimes a red "unexpected error" message.
-
Which version is this happening in, and are you using the integrated web server or IIS as the hosting environment? Do you have connectors to other feeds? I did a quick smoke test with a basic setup and could not repro.

Hi Tod,
I am using the IIS version; the system is as follows:
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard with Service Pack 1
IIS: 7.5.7600.16385ProGet: 2.1.3 (Build 1)
I can reproduce the crash consistenly, it happens 100% of the time when I try to delete a package from Gui.
ProGet settings are: Custom feed path, No caching, No connectors.

Does this happen with all packages, or just one package?
Can you try pulling a package to the feed (like JQuery), and then deleting it?
Can you disable friendly error messages (webCustomErrors=off in advanced config), and post stack trace?
