I get this error when trying to run the installation on a server within our intranet. The server does not have access to the internet and I.T. dept will not allow it.

      The environment is highly secure.

      What should I do?

You don't need internet access to install or use BuildMaster... though you will have to manually request a license key from my.inedo.com, and later activate it.

That particular error has to do with a SQL Connection error when the Service is attempting to connect to the database. Most likely... the service credentials do not have access/ability to talk to the database.

Check the connection string in the _appsettings.config files.

          Thanks for the response.
We did manage to solve this issue.

Strangely the error happened the moment we clicked on the installation file (the one without a database bundled), so not files had even been installed yet. So there is no way to change any config files that don't exist yet.

We downloaded the version with the database and it worked. After doing some analysis, we found that the SQL service on the box we were installing had been stopped and perhaps that was the problem.

So it would seem that it is not possible to intall BuildMaster without a working database on the box you are installing too. Which sucks as we would like to have the database on a separate server altogether.

How much does the Boudoir photo session run? Do we need to pridvoe wardrobe changes? Any other information? I saw the thing on the front page about boudoir photography, does it still apply? I missed the June date.
