      Steps to reproduce:

      1. add multiple versions of a packages to a feed.
      2. create a new feed
      3. use the /packages/add-package/pull mechanism to add a package from the first feed.

      Result:
The package is added to the new feed, both in the file system and the webpage display. The package is still available in file system for the old feed, but no longer appears in the webpage of the old feed (It is also only in one feed in the dbo.Packages table.

      Expected Result:
I expected the package to be added to the new feed, but still be available in the old feed. I would also expect the content of the DB and the filesystem to be kept in sync, so if you are deleting a package entry in the old feed, the package should also be removed.
