Fresh install: Configuration Error Unrecognized configuration section 'membership'

I have just installed BuildManager on one of our servers (Windows Server 2003 SP2).
It is using IIS on port 81 (Already had a site on iis port 80) I am using my own SQL server.
When I go to localhost:81 I get the following:Server Error in '/' Application.
Configuration Error
Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.Parser Error Message: Unrecognized configuration section 'membership'

Hi Matt,
It looks like the BuildMaster application is configured for .NET 1.1. This is an IIS setting, and if you change it to .NET 2.0 it should work OK.

I could have sworn I had this set to use asp.net 2.
Anyway updated in IIS and seems to be working now.
