Can I Rename a CONFIG File? The namespace of one of our projects has changed, and this will require a rename to one of our CONFIG files. How should I do this?
I'd like to not lose the CONFIG file history.

      Thanks,
      Matthew

Currently there is no mechanism to rename a configuration file. You can update the BM database directly if you want, but the history of doing so will not be preserved in the config file version history.

We are working on a recipe that will allow config files to be renamed and it will be implemented in the BuildMasterBeta extension in its next release.

Okay, thanks for letting me know. I did change the name through the database, and that worked just fine. The history of the rename is not as critical to me as the deployment history, so I think we're good for now.

          Thanks for the reply,
          Matthew
