Hosting ProGet under another site

When I install ProGet it installs under its own port in IIS.
Is it possible to move it under an existing site in IIS?
I tried moving it, but the site doesn't render, and all the links are messed up.Product: ProGet

Make sure to set the
Web.BaseUrlsetting in Admin > Advanced Settings as well.
