Hedgehog SQL Installation Issues

I tried to test Hedgehog 1.0.1
After creating a Release the app becomes unusable, see Errors.
I'm using Windows 7 german, so the exception is in german.
DB is SQL-Express 2014.
It was not possible to install Hedgehog on an earlier SQL Express, as DATETIMEOFFSET data tyte is not supported in eralier SQL.I manually uninstalled Hedgehog, installed again, same Problem again.
Short Translation:
After using the time Offset the UTC time Need to be between 0 and 10000.Die nach dem Anwenden des Offsets dargestellte UTC-Zeit muss zwischen den Jahren 0 und 10000 liegen.
