Does ProGet support the dotnet pack generated nugets?

I ask this because when uploading a file directly that was created using this method yields an application error:

Yes, ProGet does support it.
However, that error message is very strange, and generally unrelated; it's just a mscorlib crash, so it provides no information as to what could cause it.
If you can create a consistent, reliable reproduction case with a specific package, then you can send it in as a ticket, and we can research it from there.

Unfortunately I'm not able to share a package to reproduce that at the moment, but I just confirmed that the same package works if I upload the package on a windows Proget installation, instead of the docker on Linux. Does that give you any more insight?

I'm afraid not; it's a generic crash error message.
We really need specific ways to reproduce it to help identify what problem is.
