I'm having a problem moving ProGet to a different server. I have installed it several times, but it appears to fail when connecting to the prod database (Although security is setup and connection string is same as the old server) The site fails to load, but doesn't display any errors. I have checked the event log (nothing) and looks for any log files.

Here is the web site content, basically gets no response:
      This page can’t be displayed

•Make sure the web address http://localhost:81 is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Is there a way to see what errors and occurring?

      Product: ProGet
      Version: 4.1.1

        More info on Problem above:

Found the logs in the LogMessage table of the database so it is connecting. Found that the error is:
Could not start messenger: Cannot listen on pipe name 'net.pipe://localhost/INEDOPROGETSVC-ctrl/' because another pipe endpoint is already listening on that name.

I have stopped the service and ensured that the exe is no longer running. Have also tried running the service itself (which is a console app) and choose option 1 to run it. That way you get the diagnostics in the console window and it gives the same error as above.

Any solution besides rebooting? (Lots of other stuff on this server so it would have to be scheduled)

It's hard to say, but if you're not seeing anything come up when you visit the web interface.. it sounds like the web server or IIS isn't running or otherwise configured. The error you shared from the Windows Service would verify this (the service cannot talk to the web application either).

Take a look at the Manual Installation Instructions to see if you can identify how things are mis-configured.
