Free version license / usage restrictions

Hi All,
Are there any licensing / usage restrictions for using the free version inside a company? Everything i'm reading on the website and on these forums seems to say its just features that are disabled and support. Is that the case? We are investigating solutions for running a symbols server only so we don't have need for enterprise features at this time. Thanks.
