After the installation how to get service working?

after I install Proget from the installer I downloaded from your website, neither the project service nor the web service is able to start.
(Windows 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, integrated SQL express).

Hi Eric,
Please verify your proget DataBase which you provided while installing the proget service.
If you are able to cconnect the DB, verify your proget config under which port it is intstalled and make sure that port is not in use by any other service.
