Help with upgrading

I'm trying to upgrade proget to a new version (i know i have an ancient version at the moment).
All the documentation and installers are pointing me towards using Inedo Hub to do this.
However the Inedo Hub gives me the following error (see screenshot as well)``
Product: ProGet
Version: 5.3.35This version cannot be managed with Inedo Hub.
``What can/should i do to make this work and be able to perform an upgrade to my software?
