How to use MSBuild 15.0

How do I target MSBuild 15.0 on my server? I have 15.0 installed but my project is still building with 14.0. I know that Microsoft has made some changes to the directory locations and no longer uses the registry values with 15.0.
I found 15.0 installed in the following locations:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\15.0
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\BuildTools\MSBuildAnd I have the .Net framework 4.6.2 installed here:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319Thanks!
