Installing on a disconnected network

Will ProGet work on a disconnected network? I do work on a local corporate network that has no connectivity to the internet, so the installer and application would not be able to reach out to any 3rd party sites. We already have SQL Server installed, so the installer would not have to download SQL Express. Is this doable?
