Q1. There is one notification in my homepage of ProGet: Under Latest News from Inedo--"Unable to connect to inedo.com"
Could you please let me know the reason for it.I am able to access all the package and its no recent error too.Q2.I got a complain from my friend as "Inconsistency in the availability of nuget server" ,but there is no issue from server side.
Please explain me the reason.Thanks in advance.

You may have a proxy server that doesn't allow a connection to Inedo.com; that's where latest news is loaded from.
