Can't push packages to feeds created after upgrade to 4.7.11

Hi.
I've updated ProGet to latest version (4.7.11) from version 4.0.9 and after that tried to create a new feed - feed has been created, but I can't push a package to it - it always says "Failed to process request. 'Forbidden'."
I checked the server and found that ProGet didn't created directory for the new feed. I've created it manually (according to Disk Path property from the feed properties) but this didn't helped - I still getting the same error and can't push packages to the new feed.
But I'm able to push packages to feeds created in old ProGet version.
Could you help me please?
P.S. ProGet is hosted in IIS

It seems like something changed in security settings - Publish Packages task got "private" scope.
I droped "Publishers" and added them again, scope has been changed to "all feeds" and problem gone!
Seems it's an upgrade bug because the scope option can't be set in free version...
