NPM Failed to fetch package tags

HI since we upgradeed proget from version 5.2 to 2024.28 we seeing this error on the logs logs
Failed to fetch package tags for @source/package name
this is for locally scoped packages also if we run after installing the package
npm ls dist-tags @source/package name it comes empty
Also not sure if the tagging is causing the issue but that even that on permissions we have to not allow overwrite is allowing overwrite

I'm afraid we'll need a bit more information here to help you. There are a lot of changes between ProGet 5.2 and ProGet 2024 and between older/newer versions of the npm client.
If you can put together a reproduction case, ideally on a new instance of ProGet 2024, that'll help us determine what you're trying to do and how to help.
