[OTTER] How to create File as asset

Hello
I am lost with the new version
I want to create a file as an asset and use Ensure-Asset function.

I create a File in the default asset, but is like as text template

And the Ensure-Asset did not work whether I define "TextTemplate "or "File"

    Ensure-Asset
    (
        Directory: /tmp,
        Name: test,
        Type: TextTemplate,
        FileName: test,
        Raft: Default
    );
