Cloud Package Storage and Local Reads

Dear team,
Is this possible to configure ProGet to use Cloud Package Storage for writes and cache the packages locally so all reads can be done by local storage?

It's possible, and you can do this by creating a second feed that effectively proxies the first feed and uses disk storage. You could use a Connector on the two feeds or REplication.
