      Hi

When we deploy nuget packages we just copy the .nugkg file to the server feed folder

But then we cannot see the new package on the ProGet console

Is there a way to index the new package?

      Thanks

      Alberto

      Product: ProGet
      Version: 4.2.1

You will need to configure a drop folder for this; it's in the feed's settings page.

Do not deploy directly to the feed store on disk, because then it won't work (as you noticed), and may be deleted during feed clean-up,.

          Hi Alana,

How often is the Drop folder scanned for importing?

Is possible eventually to force the importing or set the timing?

          Thanks

          Alberto

A FileSystemWatcher is used, so any changes to the directory will trigger an import.
