ProGet use in our test lab

I read a FAQ that implies we can use our production license in our test lab. Please confirm the following scenario fits the license model. Our products build, deploy and test in our test lab, we will be utilizing Octopus Deploy and ProGet in our production environments and wish to duplicate these two tools in our test lab. Can I stand up a ProGet server in our test lab and use the production license?

ProGet is licensed per server, therefore this scenario requires 2 licenses.
I believe the FAQ you are referring to is for one of our other products BuildMaster that is licensed per user, which allows the same key to be used in test instances.
