      Hi.

We are using ProGet and have configured it to authenticate against our Azure AD Domain Services in the Active Directory (New) settings. The users are synced from our Azure AD every 20 minutes to the Azure AD Domain Services. Sometimes the authentication stops working for some user. The credentials are not working and user cannot login anymore. This happens randomly and has happened to many users.

When user changes the Azure AD password then ProGet authentication starts to work again after credentials have been synced to Azure AD Domain Services.

Today this problem seems to be happen all the time for me. After I change my Azure AD password then I can once login to the web portal. But when I try to run NuGet restore from Visual Studio then authentication breaks again for my user and after that I cannot login to web interface either anymore.

Any idea what could be causing this problem?

        Hi @saurulau,

It looks like your colleague submitted a support ticket with us. Is it OK to continue with that ticket, or would you like me also to work with you through this forum's post?

        Thanks,
        Rich

It's OK to continue with the ticket only.
