All executions in Proget stuck in pending mode

Like the title says. All executions are stuck in pending mode since mid August. Have tried cancelling a task in order to restart it, but to no prevail. How can I debug this error?

Hello; please restart the ProGet service. This will cancel all executions upon restart.
