ProGet require login after moving site to new server

We have moved the location where we host our free version of ProGet to a new server.
Now we are prompted to login all the time, but as the server is located internally and on a secure network we never setup any security.
I can see a list of our latest local packages but no matter what I click, package or menu I get redirected to a login page.One of my team members posted that Activation status has changed.
We are running (an outdated ) 4.8.1
How do we solve it?

Hello, please review License Key Activation Docs, especially the note at top talking about Automatic License Activation Not Working in older versions.
Also... please upgrade. ProGet 5.3 is great!!
