Everything went smoothly and seems to work so far.

Two issues I noticed after the upgrade:

1. Exception when trying to purge unused IDs
Tried running every clean up job there is, but this message does not go away. There was another option to clear out legacy tables, which worked fine. Maybe these cleanups show have been used in a different order?

23503: insert or update on table "FeedPackageVersions" violates foreign key constraint "FK__FeedPackageVersions__PackageVersionIds" DETAIL: Detail redacted as it may contain sensitive data. Specify 'Include Error Detail' in the connection string to include this information.

2. PackageAnalyzer 4x slower on same data after upgrade

Top two runs are on the 2026.11 (Postgres) version while everything below that is on 2025.27 (MSSQL). The warning shown is from the 1000 active builds limit, we're currently sitting at around 1800 builds in total.

Any guidance how to resolve these would be appreciated.
